Village of Roselle issued the following announcement on April 30.
The south parking lot at the Roselle Metra Station is scheduled to be resurfaced the week of May 7 as part of the Village's 2018 pavement improvement program.
The west entrance of the lot off of Irving Park Road will be closed, and parking will be restricted from the west entrance to the station. The east entrance off of Irving Park Road will remain open with limited parking available near the water tower. The lot closure for the resurfacing project is expected to last a week, weather permitting.
Parking will be available for south Metra lot permit holders in the north Metra parking lot and along Lawrence Avenue. Those who require handicap parking are advised to use the handicap spaces in the north Metra lot.
