7:30 AM meeting was called to order by Chair James Zay at 7:30 AM.

Minutes Per Person Kay McKeen with SCARCE announced that the City of Warrenville's Police Station will begin to accept old prescription medications in a safe and confined manner. She also updated the Committee regarding cooking oil.

Other Professional Service not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 (a). Vendor selected pursuant to DuPage County Code Section 2-300.4-108 (1)(b).
