● The opportunity for the Police Chief and/or Deputy Chiefs or their designated representatives to update the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners on PD status or issues.

6. Ongoing Business

● Hiring of Probationary Patrol Officer Candidates to fill authorized vacancies.

7. New Business

● Authorization of any outstanding invoices related to the hiring process.

● Review and act upon available polygraph examination reports.

● Review and act upon available background investigations.

● Initiate preparations for the process of testing Westmont Police Officers to replenish the names on the Sergeant Promotion Eligibility List.

● Continue preparations for the process of testing applicants to replenish the names on the entry­level Probationary Police Officer Eligibility List.

● Review the status of the Archived Files Project.
