Glen Ellyn Historic Preservation Commission will meet on June 15.

Here is the agenda as provided by the commission:

1. Call Historic Preservation Commission Meeting to Order.

2. Public Comment.

3. Approval of Minutes from May 18, 2017 meeting.

4. Old Business.

a. Preservation Brochure – Staff lead discussion regarding the brochure created in 2016

to encourage preservation of the Village’s building heritage

b. HPC Annual Awards Presentation – Scheduled for June Village Board Meeting

5. New Business.

a. Welcoming our new Historic Preservation Commissioners – The Chairman will lead

a discussion about the role that HPC plays in Village activities

b. CLG Annual Report – Staff will be submitting a report to the IHPA in June/July

which will detail the activities of the Commission

c. Architecture Resource Survey Update

6. Architectural Review Commission Report.

7. Historical Society Business.

8. Chairman’s Report.

9. Village Board Trustee Report.

10. Staff Report.

a. Update on Village development projects

11. Confirmation of Next Meeting Date and Adjournment.
