Recommended Motion: I move to approve Ordinance No. 2017- An ordinance authorizing the disposition of and approving a purchase and sale agreement for the real estate commonly referred to as 112 w. Lake Street, Bloomingdale, Illinois 60108 and to waive the reading thereof and the second consideration.

Recommended Motion: I move to approve Warrant #1 for the Month of May, 2017 in the amount of $1,098,264.46, as presented.

1. Approval of Purchase of two 2017 Ford F350 and Ordinance Authorizing
Disposal of two 2005 ford F350 Trucks #305 and #505.
Recommended Motion: I move to waive the advertising of competitive bids, and:
1. Accept the quote dated April 12, 2017 from Landmark Ford Inc, 2401 Prairie Crossing Drive, Springfield, IL 62711, and approve the purchase of two (2) 2017 Ford F350 Cab and Chassis with Service Body Upfit in the amount of $141,874.00 pursuant to the 2017 Suburban Purchasing Cooperative Contract #144; and
2. Approve the attached Ordinance No. 2017- entitled “An ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned by the Village of Bloomingdale by an on-line auction service” to enable the disposal of two (2) 2005 Ford F350 Trucks #305 and #505 and to waive the reading thereof and the second consideration.
