HHS-P-0164-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Cardinal Health Inc., dba Parmed Pharmaceuticals, for Secondary Pharmaceuticals for In- House Close Shop Pharmacy for the period May 21, 2017 through May 20, 2018, for a total contract not to exceed $170,000.00, per bid #14-046-GV, third and final option to renew.
