Will hold its regular meeting on Thursday October 6, 2016 at 7:30 PM at the

3. APPROVE MINUTES: On May, 2016 there was no formal meeting of VPHPC due to a lack of a quorum. An informal meeting was held. Jose, Roxanne and Carol met and discussed the items on the agenda. Informal meeting minutes of the April and May 2016 VPHPC Meetings were approved by email.
