Warrenville Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals to meet at 7 p.m. Monday, June 27.

The board meets at  City Hall, 28W701 Stafford Place.

1. 28301 Ferry Road/Woolpert Inc. 

Located south of Ferry Road, west of Winfield Road, north of I-88, east of DuPage River

Project No. 2016-0303

Petition for approval of the following:

a) Revised Preliminary/Final Planned Unit Development Special Use Permit Approval for Lots 1A and 1B of Cantera Subarea E; b) Revised Preliminary/Final Plat consolidating Lots 1A and 1B of Cantera Subarea E; c) Site Specific Amendment/Exception to the Cantera Development Control Regulations (DCRs) and Warrenville Sign Ordinance to increase the height and size of wall signs allowed in the Office Park Use Area, and to allow a wall sign to be installed on a building frontage where public access is not provided; d) Determination and Site Specific Amendment to the approved General Site Plan documents for the overall Cantera Development to construct an additional full access drive of Ferry Road; e) Exception to the Warrenville Zoning Ordinance #1018 to increase the maximum allowed driveway width measured at the property line from 36 to approximately 70 feet. Requested approvals would accommodate Bosch North America Corporate Offices in the existing office building and allow for the construction of a new 32,000-square foot, single-story automotive component research, development, and testing facility.

Potential request for approval of (i) revised Planned Unit Development Special Use Permit, (ii) Special Use Permit for drive-through facility in B-4 Motorist Service District, (iii) zoning variances for reduced number of parking and required stacking spaces, and (iv) variation from the Sign Ordinance for an increased size and number of wall signage, which together would allow construction and operation of a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru restaurant on the south end of existing the BP gas station.

1. 28W777 Townline Road/Monument Homes Inc. (Resolution 2016-003)

Located on south side of Townline Road, west of Burk Avenue, east of Mignin Project No. 2016-0246

Zoning Board of Appeals’ review and authorization for Chairman and Secretary to execute ZBA Resolution 2016-003, to memorialize prior approval of a minor variation.
