Request for approval of a variation from Zoning Ordinance 1018, to increase the maximum building height allowed with a height bonus in the R-2 Medium-Low-Density Single Family Residential Zoning District from 38 feet to approximately 42 feet, for construction of a new single family house on an approximately 10.8-acre property.

1. Temporary Events/Warrenville Park District

Project No. 2016-0288

Request for approval of a Temporary Use Permit to allow Warrenville Park District to conduct various temporary events throughout the year that involve street closures and alcohol sales.

2. 28W722 Malvin Albright Street/Plat of Subdivision/T. Cosgrove Construction Co. located on the east side of Burk Avenue, south of Warrenville Road, north of Wagner Drive

Project No. 2016-0253

Request for approval of a Preliminary/Final Plat of Cosgrove's Hollow Hill Subdivision, which would subdivide an approximately 2.45-acre property zoned R-5 High Density Single Family Residential into six buildable lots.

F. COURTESY REVIEW

1. 3S450 Route 59/Outdoor Storage/Allied Building Products Corp. located on the west side of Route 59, south of Butterfield Road

Potential request for approval of a Final Site Plan and Special Use Permit for outdoor storage in the B-4 Motorist Service Zoning District, which would allow Allied Building Products Corp. to operate a building materials retail store and showroom in the existing building, and associated outdoor storage of building materials on the west side of the building (formerly occupied by Water Werks Boat Dealership).

Reappoint Ward 3 resident Alasdair Thompson as Ward 3 Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals representative for a term set to expire March 31, 2021.
