The Village of Oak Brook, Illinois Board of Trustees has scheduled a special meeting for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 18.
The purposed of the closed meeting is to discuss appointments, pursuant to section 2c(1) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act, which permits certain matters to be discussed in private. Such matters may include the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee, as well as collective bargaining matters, possible litigation and the sale or lease of property.
The meeting will take place the Butler Government Center, 1200 Oak Brook Rd.
