The Village Board of Trustees of Elk Grove Village will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 26 to vote on a resolution adopting the FY 2016-17 budget in the total amount of $118,807,220.
The board also will consider several contract agreements, including a professional service contract with Red Caffeine Inc. of Lombard to continue the implementation of the Beyond Business Friendly economic development branding and marketing plan in an amount not to exceed $150,612.
The board will also vote on an amendment regarding electronic signs. Under the new amendment, signs must be turned off from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m., unless the business is licensed to operate later than 11 p.m. For those businesses, signs must be turned off at the close of business.
