The Liquor Control Commission of St. Charles, Illinois met earlier this week to discuss a court hearing regarding a massage establishment citation for Main Spa at 504 E. Main St.
The hearing involved alleged activities in violation of the city's Massage Establishment Code:
The commission also considered a Class B liquor license for a new business, Main Street City Pub, to be located at 104 E Main St., formerly the River House BBQ, and a Class C1 liquor license for a new business, Prohibition St. Charles, at 1W Illinois St., Ste. 170.
