The Liquor Control Commission of St. Charles, Illinois will hold a special meeting at 4:30 p.m. today.
During the meeting, the commission will discuss message establishment citations and hearing notices for Best Massage, 2774 E. Main St.; Lotus Spa, 1700 Lincoln Highway; and Main Spa, 504 E. Main St.
The commission will also allow a public comment period and will hold an executive session.
The meeting will take place in the City Council chambers, 2 E. Main St.
