SECA Commission meeting scheduled for July 15 in Naperville Municipal Center

The Special Events and Community Arts (SECA) Commission will hold its next meeting at 6 p.m. on July 15 in Meeting Room C of the Naperville Municipal Center at 400 S. Eagle St.

Individuals who are unable to attend the meeting in person may submit a written comment or position statement through the boards and commissions online comment form. Submissions must be received at least 24 hours before the start of the meeting. All written comments and the names of those who submit position statements by the deadline will be shared with board members ahead of the meeting and posted to the City’s meeting management system on the City’s website on the day of the meeting. Written comments will not be read aloud during the meeting. Submissions received after the deadline will not be shared or posted.

Upon submission of the online registration form, participants are advised to ensure they receive an on-screen confirmation message. Those who do not receive this confirmation or have other questions are encouraged to contact the Community Services Department by calling (630) 305-5300. Any individual who may require an accommodation to participate in the meeting should contact the Community Services Department by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting.
