Pricing for the median home in Medinah increased during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Medinah rose by $50,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Medinah in the third quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Medinah for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,369, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
