On Thursday, Jan. 17, the Downers Grove Park District Board of Commissioners passed a resolution to rename the Annex at the Downers Grove Museum Campus in honor of local historian and author Montrew Dunham, who passed away in January 2017.

The Morton Arboretum’s Community Trees Program has awarded the Downers Grove Park District a $5,000 federal forestry grant, which will help the District develop a long-term Urban Forest Management Plan in 2019.
