At 8:05 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, the Nashville Sounds, featuring former Hinsdale Central High School standout Jon Adams, lost 6-5 to the Sugar Land Space Cowboys in a MiLB game.

The game was at Constellation Field. It was the teams' second meeting this season, with the Sounds trailing 0-2 in the season series against the Space Cowboys.

Adams went 2-for-3, scored one run and drew one walk.
