Jon Adams, former Hinsdale Central High School standout, played in MiLB game on Sunday, July 19

On Sunday, July 19, at 7:05 p.m., former Hinsdale Central High School standout Jon Adams' current team, the Nashville Sounds, beat the Norfolk Tides 4-0 in a MiLB game.

The game took place at First Horizon Park. It was the 12th meeting between the teams this season, with the Sounds trailing 5-7 in the season series against the Tides.

Adams went hitless in four at-bats, struck out once and left four runners on base.

The Sounds' next game is scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, at Constellation Field against the Sugar Land Space Cowboys.
