Drivers in DuPage County see lowest premium gas at $4.39 in week ending July 11

Premium gas was sold at the lowest price of $4.39 per gallon at one gas station in DuPage County during the week ending July 11, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

Premium gas prices averaged $5.18 per gallon in DuPage County.

GasBuddy reports show that premium gas was available at 209 of the 260 reported gas stations in DuPage County.

The statewide average price of premium gas in Illinois was $5.13 per gallon for the week ending July 11, a decrease from the previous week.

Drivers in the United States have faced volatile gas prices in recent years as global oil markets reacted to wars, sanctions, refinery outages and shifting fuel demand.
