Indianapolis Greyhounds defeat Quincy Hawks 18-8; freshman Christina Stankus contributes

Former Bartlett High School athlete Christina Stankus helped the Indianapolis Greyhounds claim an 18-8 NCAA Division II softball victory over the Quincy Hawks at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 15.
The contest, held at Mart Heinen Softball Complex, marked the teams' first meeting of the season.
Stankus tallied one hit in three plate appearances, scoring once, collecting one RBI, drawing a walk and striking out twice.
The Greyhounds are set to face the Hawks again at Mart Heinen Softball Complex with first pitch at 3:30 p.m.
