A hearing on Illinois House Bill 2827 is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12, at 8 AM. State Representative Amy Grant is urging individuals to oppose the bill by filing a witness slip.

To file a witness slip, individuals should enter their name, address, and email while leaving the "firm/business" field blank or writing "self." Under "Representation," they should write "self." For "Position," they should select "Original Bill" and "OPPONENT," and under "Testimony," choose "Record of Appearance Only."
