Former Downers Grove North standout Jude Warwick plays as Lakeland beats Palm Beach 7-4 on July 3

On Friday, July 3, at 5 p.m., Jude Warwick, a former Downers Grove North High School standout, and his current team, the Lakeland Flying Tigers, beat the Palm Beach Cardinals 7-4 in a MiLB game.
The game was played at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium. It was the 10th meeting between the teams this season, with the Flying Tigers trailing 3-7 in the season series against the Cardinals.
Warwick went 3-for-5, scored one run and had one RBI.
The Flying Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, July 4, at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium against the Lakeland Flying Tigers.
