DuPage County taxpayers paid the second largest sum in sales taxes in June, according to Illinois tax records.
In total, residents paid just under $16.8 million in sales taxes during June.
The county also ranked second in the Prairie State the month before, with approximately $16.3 million spent in sales taxes.
The largest share of sales taxes paid by DuPage County residents in June came from the County Share of RTA Sales Tax.
