City Engineer Sianis presented the agenda item. 

C. Rate Adjustment for Refuse and Yardwaste Collection Services:

Finance Director Coyle and Public Works Director Balicki presented agenda item. Ald. Baker motioned to approve the draft report, Ald. Bram seconded. Motion carried 4-0 (Bastedo, Bram, Baker, Irby). Report approved

E. NW Elmhurst Street Reconstruction - Construction Eng. Contract:
