York Community High School standout Lauren Derkowski’s college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Sunday, April 6

On Sunday, April 6, former York Community High School standout Lauren Derkowski’s current college team, the Michigan Wolverines, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Oregon Ducks.

The game took place at Jane Sanders Stadium. This was their sixth matchup against the Ducks this season.

The Wolverines’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 4 p.m. at Alumni Field at Carol Hutchins Stadium against Central Michigan Chippewas.
