York Community High School standout Chris Danko’s college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Sunday, March 23

On Sunday, March 23, former York Community High School standout Chris Danko’s current college team, the Illinois State Redbirds, won 14-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Belmont Bruins.

The game took place at E.S. Rose Park. This was their third matchup against the Bruins this season.

The Redbirds’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 5 p.m. at Duffy Bass Field against Iowa Hawkeyes.
