The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Woodridge in DuPage County fell by $21,000 while total sales increased by 30.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $236,000 - a 8.2% decrease over the $257,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Woodridge in the first quarter of 2019.
