Wednesday, April 23: Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s college team wins to Concordia Golden Bears

On Wednesday, April 23, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 6-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Concordia Golden Bears.

The game took place at Bowyer Field. This was their second matchup against the Golden Bears this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 26 at 1:30 p.m. at Ronken Field against Augustana Vikings.
