The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Roselle in DuPage County rose by $12,000 while total sales increased by 51.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 123 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $277,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Roselle in the third quarter of 2020.
