Sunday, March 9: Downers Grove South High School standout Grace Taylor’s college team loses to Austin Peay Lady Govs

On Sunday, March 9, former Downers Grove South High School standout Grace Taylor’s current college team, the Appalachian State Mountaineers, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Austin Peay Lady Govs.

The game took place at Cathi Maynard Park. This was their second matchup against the Lady Govs this season.

The Mountaineers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 6 p.m. at Bobcat Softball Stadium against Texas State Bobcats.
