Sunday, March 2: Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s college team wins to UMary Marauders

On Sunday, March 2, former Downers Grove North High School standout Ben Llewellyn’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 16-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the UMary Marauders.

The game took place at Frerichs Legion Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Marauders this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 12:30 p.m. at Northeast Regional Park against Grand Valley State Lakers.
