Mariellyn Vivo Conference Coordinator | College Conference Of Wisconsin And Illinois

The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin (CCIW) has announced the Men's Lacrosse Student-Athletes of the Week for games played from February 17 to February 23.

Andrew Johnson, a graduate student from Carthage, was named the Offensive Player of the Week. Johnson scored four goals and assisted on three others in Carthage's 18-8 victory over Dubuque last Saturday. He is currently ranked 15th nationally in points this season and has recently achieved career milestones of 150 goals and 100 assists.

Colin Tervo, a senior from Illinois Wesleyan, received the Defensive Player of the Week honor. Tervo played nearly 59 minutes as goalkeeper in Illinois Wesleyan's 13-7 win against Aurora last Saturday, recording 19 saves, which is just two short of his career-high.
