State Rep. Amy Grant is joining Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias in announcing a round of grants for libraries within the 47th House District.
“I am thrilled our libraries will receive additional funding to help support our residents and their access to information,” said State Representative Amy Grant (47th District—Wheaton). “Libraries provide residents with access to many resources including career help programs and test prep, as well as technology and information.”
The libraries in Rep. Grant’s district receiving funds include:
- Carol Stream Public Library: $59,183.19
- Warrenville Public Library District: $20,932.56
- Wheaton Public Library: $80,145.45
- Winfield Public Library: $14,604.98

State Representative Amy Grant is currently in her third term as State Representative in the General Assembly. The 47th district comprises several communities in DuPage County, including Naperville, Warrenville, Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Lisle, Carol Stream, Bartlett, West Chicago, Winfield, and Wayne.
