The Senior Illinoisans Hall of Fame is currently seeking nominations for individuals aged 65 and older who have made significant contributions to various fields. According to the announcement, each year, four older adults are inducted into the Hall of Fame for their work in the arts, sports, and entertainment; community service; education; or the labor force.

To qualify for nomination, individuals must meet specific criteria. They must be 65 or older at the time of nomination and either a current Illinois resident or have spent most of their life residing in Illinois. The Hall of Fame also accepts posthumous nominations for individuals who were 65 or older and living in Illinois at the time of their death.
