E15 gas at $3.49 per gallon in DuPage County in week ending June 27

There was one gas station in cities across DuPage County selling E15 gas at the lowest price of $3.49 per gallon in the week ending June 27, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

The county registered an average of $3.82 per gallon for E15 gas.

Of the 260 reported gas stations in cities within DuPage County, 15 offered E15 gas.

For comparison, the average price of E15 gas in Illinois was $3.89 per gallon for the week ending June 27, down from the previous week.

The U.S. Energy Information Administration said gasoline prices continue to react to both international oil markets and domestic fuel supply conditions. Analysts monitoring the energy market have pointed to refinery utilization rates, U.S. crude oil inventories, OPEC+ production policies and seasonal driving demand as factors influencing fuel costs in 2026, particularly during periods of refinery outages or shipping disruptions affecting global oil supplies.
