Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

1. Call to Order:

Ald. Brennan called the meeting to order at 7:03p.m.

2. Roll Call – Attendance: -

Present: Committee Members

Ald. Brennan

Ald. Honquest

Ald. Park

Ald. Cahill

Absent: 0

Quorum Present: 4 present 0 absent (quorum)

Also in attendance: Public Works Director Balicki

Utility Operations Manager Burris

City Engineer Johnson

Public Present: 1 resident in person

3. Public Comments:

• Kathleen Sullivan – Thanks Ald. Honquest for his time on the Committee. Also, supported the flow meter monitoring.

4. Receipt of Written Communications: None

5. Business Before the Committee:

A. Minutes of the March 13, 2023 Public Works & Building Committee:

Ald. Honquest motioned to approve the March 13, 2023 Minutes of the Public Works & Building Committee minutes; Ald. Cahill seconded. Voice vote. Motion carried 4-0 (Brennan, Honquest, Park, Cahill). Minutes approved.

B. North Avenue (Shady Lane and Ferndale) Sidewalk Referral:

City Engineer Johnson presented the agenda item. Ald. Honquest motioned to approve the draft report, Ald. Park seconded Voice vote. Motion carried 4-0 (Brennan, Honquest, Park, Cahill). Report approved.

C. 2023 Wastewater Flow Meter Monitoring:

Utility Operations Manager Burris presented the agenda item. Ald. Honquest motioned to approve the draft report, Ald. Cahill seconded Voice vote. Motion carried 4-0 (Brennan, Honquest, Park, Cahill). Report approved.

6. Other Business: None

7. Adjournment:

Ald. Honquest motioned to adjourn the meeting; Ald. Park seconded. Voice vote: Motion carried 4-0 (Brennan, Honquest, Park, Cahill). Meeting adjourned at 7:21p.m.
