Alderman Mulliner moved to approve the minutes of the DP&Z Committee on April 10, 2023. Chair Polomsky seconded. Voice Vote. Motion passed.
B. 240 W Lake Street - Redevelopment Agreement
The Committee reviewed the draft report for the 240 W. Lake proposed RDA and draft RD
A. Alderman Mulliner moved to approve the draft report. Chair Polomsky seconded. Voice Vote. Motion passed.
