Q4 2022 Recap: 1 parolee from Dupage County convicted of financial crimes or fraud set for release

There was one offender convicted of a financial crime or fraud living in Dupage County released on parole during the fourth quarter of 2022, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the DuPage Policy Journal.

The data shows the released offender was a woman. She was convicted in 2022 when she was 26 years old. She is now 27.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
