A. Budget Transfers -- Budget adjustment total of $11,350 from 1000-1110-53800 (Printing) for the following: $10,280 to 1000-1110-52100(IT Equipment - Small Value); $20 to 1000-1110-52200 (Operating Supplies & Materials); $315 to 1000-1110-52220 (Wearing Apparel); $636 to 1000-1110-53510 (Travel Expenses); $49 to 1000-1110-53600 (Dues & Memberships); and $50 to 1000-1110-53801 (Advertising) to cover tablets for new County Board members, travel expenses for CIO to attend Accela conference, OWASP membership dues for Web Team, advertising for job posting, polos for IT staff, and office supplies for FY2022.
7. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS
A. TE-R-0044-23 RESOLUTION -- Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage ("County") and the Bloomingdale Park District ("District") to permit County staff to perform special projects and proposals pertaining to GIS services.
8. PROCUREMENT REQUISITIONS
A. TE-P-0048-23 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Carahsoft Technology Group, for a Premier Support Agreement for Microsoft support services, for Information Technology. This contract covers the period of one (1) year upon issuance of a purchase order, for a contract total of $43,362.80, per Cooperative Purchasing Agreement Pricing, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint Purchasing Act" - NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement #AR2472.
