A. DC-O-0065-22 ORDINANCE -- ZONING-22-000048 – Spadavecchia: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Variation to allow a 6'/100% Closed (Privacy) fence within the 10' corner side yard setback. (Winfield/ District 6) (Located at the northwest corner of Bolles Avenue and Hathaway Avenue) ZHO Recommendation to Approve
B. DC-O-0066-22 ORDINANCE -- ZONING-22-000053 – Wildside Investments: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to approve the following zoning relief: 1. Conditional Use for an Electronic Messaging Sign. (No change in setbacks, height, or area). 2. Exception (Variation) to increase the height of a sign from permitted 10' to remain at approximately 19'8". 3. Exception (Variation) to reduce the front yard setback for a sign from 15’ to remain approximately 7’. C. DC-O-0067-22 ORDINANCE -- ZONING-22-000054 – Stout: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to deny the following zoning relief: 1. Variation to allow one (1) horse on a property less than 40,000 sq. ft. in size (approximately 32,754 sq. ft.). 2. Conditional use to increase the total area of detached accessory buildings from permitted 650 sq. ft. a cumulative 980 sq. ft. (Winfield/ District 6) (Generally located northeast of Childs Street and River Glen Road) ZHO Recommendation to Deny
D. DC-O-0068-22 ORDINANCE -- ZONING-22-000055 – Bennett: The Zoning Hearing Officer recommended to approve the following zoning relief: Variation to allow a 6’/100% closed (privacy) fence within the 10’ corner side yard setback.
