SM-R-0348-22 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for the approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and the Village of Glendale Heights, for the James Court and Pearl Avenue Drainage Improvement Project, for an agreement not to exceed $252,419. F. SM-R-0349-22 RESOLUTION -- Recommendation for the approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage, Illinois and the Village of Itasca, for Roadway Infrastructure Improvement Phase 2, for an agreement not to exceed $500,000. (ARPA ITEM)
G. 2022-72 Recommendation for the approval of a contract issued to Rubino Engineering, Inc. for Geotechnical Exploration, for Stormwater Management. The contract covers the period September 6, 2022 through November 30, 2023 for a contract total not to exceed $24,800. Professional Services in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/ et. seq. vetted through a qualification based selection process (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors).
