JPS-P-0216-22 Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Dr. Elizabeth Donegan, to provide and complete comprehensive evaluation of offenders that are referred by the court, for the period August 19, 2022 through August 18, 2023, for a contract total amount not to exceed $50,000. Other Professional Services not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(a). Vendor selected pursuant to DuPage County Code Section 2-353(1)(b). (Probation & Court Services)

B. JPS-P-0219-22 Recommendation to enter into an Agreement between the 18th Judicial Circuit Court of the County of DuPage and Diana Hightower, for a Family Violence Coordinating Council Coordinator who will provide administrative assistance for local councils, for the period August 10, 2022 through June 30, 2023, for a contract total amount not to exceed $33,600. Other Professional Service not subject to competitive bidding per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(a). Vendor selected pursuant to DuPage County Code Section 2-353(1)(b). Grant funded. (18th Judicial Circuit Court)

B. FI-R-0298-22 RESOLUTION -- Acceptance and Appropriation of the Victims of Crime Act - Child Advocacy Center Services Program Grant PY23 - Agreement No. 221003 - Company 5000 - Accounting Unit 6600 - $80,504 (State's Attorney Office)

C. FI-R-0305-22 RESOLUTION -- Acceptance and Appropriation of the Adult Redeploy Illinois Program Grant PY23 - Inter-Governmental Agreement No. 192301, Company 5000 - Accounting Unit 6192, $354,223. (Probation & Court Services)

9. BUDGET TRANSFERS

A. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 6500-52999 (new program requests-commodities) to account no. 6500-52100 (I.T. equipment-small value) in the amount of $45,000 for various IT small equipment purchases to the appropriate fund since the original FY22 original budget for these purchases is depleted. B. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 6500-53090 (other professional services) to account no. 6500-53817 (jurors/witness fees) in the amount of $15,000 to add funds to pay travel expenses for out of state witnesses. The number of trials involving out of state witnesses has increased compared to previous years. (State's Attorney Office)

C. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 6192-52200 (operating supplies & materials) to account no. 6192-53610 (instruction and schooling) in the amount of $951 for the need to reclass to cover negative expenses for the ARI grant for activity code 192201 for FY2022. D. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 4400-53807 (software maintenance agreements) to account no. 4400-53806 (software licenses) in the amount of $15,923 to cover invoice for CDW P.O. 5926 for the renewal for malware and application control software and licenses. 10. CHANGE ORDERS

A. Change Order -- Change order for County Contract #5294-0001 SERV, issued to Path to Recovery Foundation, to extend the time period from July 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022 and increase the hourly rate from $20 to $30 per hour.
