JPS-P-0219-22 Recommendation to enter into an Agreement between the 18th Judicial Circuit Court of the County of DuPage and Diana Hightower, for a Family Violence Coordinating Council Coordinator who will provide administrative assistance for local councils, for the period August 10, 2022 through June 30, 2023, for a contract total amount not to exceed $33,600. 9. BUDGET TRANSFERS
A. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 6500-52999 (new program requests-commodities) to account no. 6500-52100 (I.T. equipment-small value) in the amount of $45,000 for various IT small equipment purchases to the appropriate fund since the original FY22 original budget for these purchases is depleted. B. Budget Transfers -- Transfer of funds from account no. 6500-53090 (other professional services) to account no. 6500-53817 (jurors/witness fees) in the amount of $15,000 to add funds to pay travel expenses for out of state witnesses. A. Change Order -- Change order for County Contract #5294-0001 SERV, issued to Path to Recovery Foundation, to extend the time period from July 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022 and increase the hourly rate from $20 to $30 per hour.
