Candidate for state representative Jennifer Taylor has issued the following press release:

Naperville, IL- Naperville City Council member and candidate for State Representative Jennifer Bruzan Taylor thanks the Naperville community for supporting families suffering in Ukraine.

Compassionate local families donated over 1,000 diapers, over 2,000 wipes, 78 toothbrushes, seven blankets, eight sleeping bags, various medical, feminine and dental supplies, and several children’s coloring books, crayons, markers, and colored pencils as part of a drive organized by Bruzan Taylor.

“It is inspiring to see our community come together to help those in need. While politics too often divides us, our compassionate community comes together to support families in times of crisis. I’m proud to be a part of Naperville and to raise my three children here,” said Taylor.

Donated supplies will be shipped by Saints Peter & Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church to Poland for transport to Ukraine.
