a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE RESERVING THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON’S 2022 VOLUME CAP FOR PRIVATE ACTIVITY BOND ISSUES

At their meeting on February 7th, the Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which reserves the Village of Addison’s 2022 Volume Cap for private activity bond issues. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the February 7th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting on February 7th, the Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which authorizes the disposal of surplus property owned by the Village of Addison. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the February 7th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

c) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REAL ESTATE CONTRACT WITH THE EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH OF SAINT PAUL IN ADDISON, IL FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 37 W. ARMY TRAIL ROAD

At their meeting on February 7th, the Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a real estate contract with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Saint Paul in Addison, IL for the property located at 37 W. Army Trail Road. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the February 7th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

d) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE PROPOSING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NUMBER 2 IN THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON, AND PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER PROCEDURES IN CONNECTION THEREWITH

At their meeting on February 7th, the Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which proposes the establishment of Special Service Area number 2 in the Village of Addison, and provides for a Public Hearing and other procedures in connection therewith. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the February 7th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

e) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER III OF THE BOARD OF POLICE COMMISSIONERS RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO LATERAL TRANSFERS/ELIGIBLE POLICE OFFICERS

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends Chapter III of the Board of Police Commissioners Rules and Regulations relating to lateral transfers/eligible police officers. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.
