On Feb. 3, Joanne Mary Eckler (trust) sold their home at 1217 Stoneham St., Bensenville to Jennifer and David Aguirre for $301,500.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,258.54, which is 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, two properties sold in Bensenville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joanne Eckler has been registered to vote since 1960 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including eight Democratic Primaries and six Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1217 Stoneham St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael Montgomery, 35, and Joanne Eckler, 87.
