On Feb. 4, Matthew R. Digiovanni purchased a three bedroom home at 162 Sherwood Court, Roselle from Radhakrishnan Lakshmanaperumal for $270,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,348.96, 2.35% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 3, 2005 for $254,000.

This property is one of three sales so far in Roselle in February 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Radhakrishnan Lakshmanaperumal has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 162 Sherwood Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Radhakrishnan Lakshmanaperumal, 50, Ambreen Khalid, 34, Khalid Rehmani, Sujatha Radhakrishnan, 45, Ayesha Khalid, 29, and Afshan Butt, 62.
