1. Informational -- Approved by County Board at the November 10, 2020 meeting.
Recommendation for the approval of a contract to HazChem Environmental Corp., to provide hazardous material testing, disposal ,and emergency services, as needed for the Division of Transportation ($9,000) and Stormwater Management (9,000), for the period January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, for a contract total not to exceed $18,000; Per renewal option under quote award 17-229-BR, third and final option to renew.
2. Informational -- Approved by the County Board at the November 10, 2020 meeting.
Recommendation for the approval of a contract to Multi Service Technology Solutions Inc., d/b/a Red Wing Business Advantage Account, to furnish safety shoes and work boots, as needed for the Division of Transportation ($4,500), Facilities Management ($10,000), Public Works ($8,000), Stormwater Management ($4,500), and the DuPage Care Center ($2,500), for the period December 1, 2020 through November 30, 2021, for a contract total not to exceed $29,500; Per renewal option under bid award 17-177-JM, third and final option to renew.
3. TE-CO-0034-20 TE-P-0325B-19 - Amendment to Resolution TE-P-0325-19 (County Contract 4238-0001-SERV), issued to Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, to provide wireless services including basic cellular voice, smart phones, wireless data, and push-to-talk, for Information Technology, to increase the contract amount by $12,000, resulting in an amended contract total of $207,100, an increase of 6.15%. AT&T was awarded the new cellular and wireless contract for the County, and until the cutover is complete we will need to continue Verizon services.
