8. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A RECIPROCAL DETENTION POND EASEMENT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND PLAT OF EASEMENT BETWEEN 301 AND 221-233 S. MITCHELL COURT

At their meeting on September 8th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a reciprocal detention pond easement and maintenance agreement and plat of easement between 301 and 221-233 S. Mitchell Court. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the September 8th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT TO A RECAPTURE AGREEMENT AND AMENDING ORDINANCE O-01-06, AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ARMANI CIRCLE SUBDIVISION RECAPTURE AGREEMENT

At their meeting on September 8th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a first amendment to a Recapture Agreement and amends Ordinance O-01-06, an Ordinance approving the Armani Circle Subdivision Recapture Agreement. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the September 8th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

c) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON REGARDING NONCONFORMING STRUCTURES, THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FRONT LOT LINES ON CORNER LOTS, AND PERMITTED OBSTRUCTIONS WITHIN REQUIRED YARDS

At their meeting on September 8th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends certain provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Addison regarding nonconforming structures, the establishment of front lot lines on corner lots, and permitted obstructions within required yards. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the September 8th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

d) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A STORMWATER MANAGEMENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR 401 S. ROHLWING ROAD

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a Stormwater Management Easement Agreement for 401 S. Rohlwing Road. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

e) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which authorizes the disposal of surplus property owned by the Village of Addison. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

f) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE CONTINUATION OF ADDISON CONSOLIDATED DISPATCH CENTER SERVICE FOR THE ITASCA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which allows for the continuation of Addison Consolidated Dispatch Center Service for the Itasca Fire Protection District. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.

g) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE CONTINUATION OF ADDISON CONSOLIDATED DISPATCH CENTER SERVICE FOR THE VILLAGE OF BENSENVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which allows for the continuation of Addison Consolidated Dispatch Center Service for the Village of Bensenville Police Department. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.

h) CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION FURTHER AMENDING THE COMPENSATION SYSTEM FOR THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON EMPLOYEES

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Resolution, which further amends the Compensation System for certain Village Employees. The Committee recommended approval and the Attorney is asked to read the Resolution.
