City of Warrenville City Council met June 16.

Here is the agenda provided by the council:

Governor Pritzker signed Senate Bill 2132 on Friday, June 12, 2020 amending the Open Meetings Act to add a new Section 7(e), 5 ILCS 120/7(e). In compliance Section 7(e) of the Open Meetings Act, at least one representative from the City will be at City Hall and the virtual meeting will be able to be viewed at City Hall for members of the public that do not wish to view the virtual meeting from another location. Pursuant to Section 7(e) of the Open Meetings Act, the Governor’s Disaster Proclamation and Executive Order 2020-38, no more than 10 people may gather at City Hall for the meeting. Accordingly, the opportunity to view the virtual meeting at City Hall is available on a “first come, first-served” basis.

•5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (11) Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent.
