e) Approval of the first payout to Copenhaver Construction Inc. of Gilberts, IL for the reconstruction of the Meier’s Farm drainage basin in the amount of $95,505.40; Bid #20-1-2, funding in account #500.5031-4180

f) Approval of a payout request to Green Meadows Inc. in the amount of $101,737.60; funding from the TIF 3 account #470.9947-4538

8. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS

a) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ADDISON BUDGET DOCUMENT AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE 2019-2020 FISCAL YEAR

At their meeting on April 6th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which amends the Addison Budget Document and Appropriation Ordinance for the 2019-2020 Fiscal Year. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the April 6th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

b) SECOND READING OF AN ORDINANCE RESERVING THE VILLAGE OF ADDISON’S 2020 VOLUME CAP FOR PRIVATE ACTIVITY BOND ISSUES

At their meeting on April 6th, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which reserves the Village of Addison’s 2020 Volume Cap for private activity bond issues. The Committee recommended approval and first reading was given at the April 6th Village Board meeting. Second reading is requested.

c) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. O-13-25 AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM ADDISON GREEN MEADOWS, INC. AND APPROVING AN AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH ADDISON GREEN MEADOWS, INC.

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which repeals Ordinance No. O-13-25 authorizing the purchase of certain real estate from Addison Green Meadows Inc. and approves an amended agreement with Addison Green Meadows Inc. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

d) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED PRE-ANNEXATION AGREEMENT FOR THE ENCLAVE AT MILL CREEK / HERITAGE WOODS LLC

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves the first amendment to the second amended and restated Pre-Annexation agreement for the Enclave at Mill Creek / Heritage Woods LLC. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

e) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SPECIAL USE FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH EXCEPTIONS FOR THE TOWNES AT MILL CREEK

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a Special Use for a Planned Unit Development with exceptions for the Townes at Mill Creek. The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.

f) FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR ENCLAVE III LLC LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ARMY TRAIL BOULEVARD AND MILL ROAD (THE TOWNES OF MILL CREEK)

At their meeting earlier this evening, the Finance & Policy Committee reviewed this Ordinance, which approves a Plat of Resubdivision for Enclave III LLC located at the northwest corner of Army Trail Boulevard and Mill Road (the Townes of Mill Creek). The Committee recommended approval and first reading is requested.
